2. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality—even if the failure is not major.
3. Change of mind
Food supplements with a broken seal cannot be resold; we therefore accept change-of-mind returns only when the outer carton remains intact, unopened units are inside, and you notify us within fourteen days of delivery. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless we state otherwise in writing.
4. Damaged or incorrect shipments
Photograph the outer packaging and product labels, then submit the images through the contact form. We arrange replacement stock or reimbursement within ten business days after verifying courier records.
5. Refund method
Approved refunds return to the original payment channel. Card networks may add their own posting delays independent of our processing window.
6. International customers
Customs charges and import paperwork remain your responsibility. If Customs refuses a parcel, we review the case individually and may offer a partial credit covering product value only.
7. Record keeping
We retain return documentation for seven years where tax regulations require evidence of adjustments.
